Message dated May 8 was read, stating the House passed and returned                                 
for consideration SENATE BILL NO. 251 "An Act relating to                                           
immunization for meningitis of postsecondary students residing on                                   
campus" with the following amendment:                                                               
                                                                                                    
         SENATE BILL NO. 251 am H "An Act relating to                                               
         immunization for meningitis of postsecondary                                               
         students residing on campus and directing the                                              
         Department of Military and Veterans' Affairs to seek                                       
         additional funding to support tuition waivers and                                          
         assistance."
